PMR Data Validations identify records that must be corrected or reviewed during the Principal's Monthly Report (PMR) process.
Review validation results based on severity:
- FATAL - Correct issues that prevent the PMR Summary from generating.
- WARNING - Review conditions that may affect PMR reporting and correct inaccurate information.
- INFO - Review reported conditions for accuracy or awareness.
Note: WARNING and INFO results do not necessarily indicate incorrect data. Review the identified information before making changes.
NEXT: After resolving all FATAL validations and reviewing applicable WARNING and INFO results, return to the PMR process and continue to Review PMR Data.
